These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using SportsSkill Ladder. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. Please read them carefully before continuing.

1. Using Our Services

SportsSkill Ladder is designed to provide a fair and enjoyable competitive environment. By using the app, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account details, including your name, email, and contact information.
• Respect fair play rules, community standards, and other participants at all times.
• Not misuse ladders, matches, or ranking systems, such as by falsifying results or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Content

You remain the owner of any content you upload, such as profile images or match-related materials. By posting or submitting content, you grant SportsSkill Ladder a limited, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating ladders, displaying results, and providing analytics features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

3. Fair Play & Community Guidelines

To keep competition fair and respectful, users are expected to follow basic sportsmanship principles. Cheating, harassment, abusive language, or attempts to manipulate rankings are strictly prohibited. SportsSkill Ladder reserves the right to review disputes and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

4. Availability of Services

We work hard to keep SportsSkill Ladder reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, technical issues, or updates may cause temporary disruptions. Features may also change over time as we improve the platform.

5. Liability

SportsSkill Ladder provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not responsible for injuries, disputes, financial losses, or damages that may occur while using the app or participating in matches and challenges. Users are solely responsible for their own actions and participation in games.

6. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Users may also choose to delete their own account at any time through the in-app option under Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to our services. When updates are made, we will update the “Effective Date” and may notify you through the app. By continuing to use SportsSkill Ladder after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
